Fourth Annual Froggy Birthday Party at A Frog House

Froggy Family Fantastic FUNdraiser. (Founder Margot Fass turns 82)

Special Guest Frog Watch USA Rochester Trainer Dave Will*

Mr. Will is giving us a Rain Check from when he was sick for Save The Frogs Day. Mr. Will teaches a standardized protocol to monitor wetland sites throughout the breeding season (February – August). Also an expert on invasive species, he will help attendees download useful apps to identify them.

He will instruct us with extra frog and toad “biofacts” from the zoo collection, including skeletons and other educational materials. His focus will be on the difficulties frogs and toads have, and how they interact with invasive species.

Use this information in your own public and private locales, for the sake of attracting our favorite bioindicator and keystone frogs as well as related prey and predators.

  • Green Ice Cream and Cake!
  • Frog Themed Educational Games and Activities!
  • Prizes and Giveaways!
  • Famous Surprise Star Musicians!

The festivities take place at A Frog House headquarters right on the Erie Canal, beginning at 1pm and will continue on to 5pm. Stop in anytime. Dress for the weather, and please let us know you are coming by filling out our RSVP form below.

Registration and donations for our biggest fundraiser of the year are appreciated to support A Frog House on this, a birthday for all! The suggested donation is $20. Less if you wish, more if you can. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
